The Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute, controversy, proceeding or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to the Terms and the rights created hereby shall be governed, interpreted and construed by, under and pursuant to the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without reference to conflict of law principles, notwithstanding mandatory rules. The validity of this governing law clause is not contested. The Terms shall be binding to the benefit of the parties hereto and their successors and assigns.
If any part of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that part shall be severed and the rest of the Terms shall remain in force.
Ascend Lending Partners does not hold an Australian Credit Licence (ACL) and is not a credit provider. We operate as a referral introducer only, connecting clients with licensed third-party lenders and credit providers. We do not provide credit assistance, credit advice, or make credit decisions on behalf of any lender.
Any finance arranged through our referral is subject solely to the terms, conditions and assessment criteria of the relevant lender. Credit decisions are made exclusively by the lender, and approval is not guaranteed.
We may receive a referral fee from lenders when a loan settles. This fee is paid by the lender and does not affect the cost of your loan or the interest rate offered to you. We will always act in good faith when referring clients to lenders on our panel.
